Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the FORGE - A Better Life website and digital products. By purchasing, downloading, or using a FORGE product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.

About FORGE

FORGE - A Better Life ("FORGE," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital-product business based in Nashville, Tennessee. We sell premade, downloadable planning tools. Contact us at hello@forge-abetterlife.com.

Digital products

FORGE products are downloadable PDF planners and related digital files. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions identify the files, formats, and number of pages included. Colors may vary slightly by screen, device, printer, paper, or ink settings.

You are responsible for having compatible software and equipment. A current PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, is recommended for fillable fields. You are also responsible for saving a backup copy after download.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes, discounts, and total charges are shown during checkout. Payments, receipts, tax handling, fraud screening, and digital delivery may be provided by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully authorized.

We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and may cancel or refund an affected order when necessary.

Delivery and access

After a successful order, access is normally provided on the confirmation screen and by receipt email. Delivery timing can be affected by email filtering, an incorrect email address, or temporary service interruptions. If a valid order cannot be accessed, contact us with the order email and order number.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may:

You may not share, forward, upload, publish, sell, sublicense, redistribute, give away, or commercially reproduce the files. You may not remove branding, claim the designs as your own, use them to create competing products, or make them available through shared drives, memberships, classrooms, teams, or organizations without written permission.

Free resources

Free samples and lead magnets remain protected by the same personal-use restrictions unless we expressly state otherwise. Receiving a free resource does not transfer ownership or resale rights.

Refunds

Because digital files are made available immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery or download access is provided. Exceptions and the process for reporting defective, duplicated, or inaccessible orders are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

No professional advice

FORGE products are general organizational, educational, and self-reflection tools. They are not medical, nutritional, fitness, mental-health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed. Exercise and dietary decisions should account for your individual circumstances and abilities.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee weight loss, health changes, fitness performance, productivity, habit formation, income, or any other result. Outcomes depend on individual choices, circumstances, consistency, and factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The FORGE name, wordmark, designs, writing, website content, product layouts, and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to FORGE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license above, no rights are granted to you.

Third-party services and links

Our website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment, email, hosting, social-media, and file-delivery providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, FORGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts service, or use FORGE materials unlawfully.

Changes and availability

We may update products, prices, website features, or these terms. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. We may discontinue a product or promotion at any time, but valid completed orders remain subject to the terms applicable when purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before beginning a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
